Project Website: www.openinnovation-suedtirol.it Project Title: DIGITALISATIONStrategy development tool for the digitisation of SMEs Project Description: The aim of the two-year EU project (2017-2019) Digitalisation is to develop a freely accessible self-learning tool for directors, managers and employees of European SMEs in the field of "Business Services". Analysis, learning and planning materials are made available for the digitisation of business processes and the further development of the business model. These support learners directly at their workplace (work-based learning approach) in strategically applying relevant topics of corporate development, such as change and risk management in the context of digitisation. With the help of the efficient range of further training courses, SMEs will be able to expand their knowledge of digital technologies and develop concrete application options. The Digitisation project, which is co-financed within the framework of a "Strategic Partnership" in the EU's "Erasmus+" programme, aims to promote the understanding of the opportunities and risks of digitisation in European SMEs and to increase their competitiveness by developing and implementing a digitisation strategy. For the individual learners, the self-learning tool represents an opportunity to develop their own skills in a field of activity that is highly relevant to the labour market.
